Before you send anything back, reach out to us. You’ll need a Return Authorization Number, and you must have it in hand before shipping the item. Without it, we can’t process your return. Send an email to [email protected] or use the Contact Us page on our site to start the refund or exchange process and get that number.
Once you have your authorization, get the package on its way. Remember, the items need to be shipped out within those days—the clock stops when the carrier scans them, not when they arrive at our warehouse. You’ll cover the return postage costs yourself. Any shipping fees from your original order are also non-refundable. If you’re choosing a carrier, the cost will depend on the express company you pick.
When your package arrives, we’ll look at a couple of things. The items should be in new and unused condition, and they still need to have their original packaging attached. That’s what makes a return eligible.
There’s an exception to the return shipping rule. If the reason for the return is on us—say, the goods you received are damaged or not correct—you won’t have to pay for the shipping fee. In that situation, we take care of it.
Custom engraving items are final sale. We can’t accept them back. However, the warranty still applies if there’s a non-accidental, manufacturer defect or if the item arrives damaged.
